AI technology should be leveraged in reproducing the issue in lower env's.. case existed in prod env can be replicated into lower env's  or giving option to user to fill dummy data.. these kind of advancement should happen to mirror the issue in lower env for easy debugging. the issues came to due to background processes are hard to replicate .if AI can intelligently issue whether its due to data or functional it would help lot for production env support engineers. 

Coming versions of Pega should use AI effectiviley in prod env and make support engineers life easy.
