Due to lot of advancement in AI , image processing , video  clips reading technology..pega should build functionality around creating cases on the fly from pictures captures from drone , mobiles , video clips etc. AI should recognize image and fill the case properties from predifined database. User has to fill minimal properties to create case. it will be helpful in live incident management , creating cases from remote places not reachable easily , capturing information from picture or video and AI should intelligently create temporary cases so that CSR or line manager can create actual ones. If there is any fire accident insurance company can assess the damage easily and speed up cliam process. critical medical claims can be done using the live data from mobiles. etc..
