Currently lot of manual email communications and chat interactions are going for taking change request approvals from multiple app teams to make updates in  common framework layer.... Pega should give a simple solution like  OOTB  email listener  or bots  to simplify approval process in envrioments hosting more than 20 applications.. Pega should interact with third party products like microsoft teams , emails , chat interactions or dynamic update of multiple approvals and design the process for non pega users to get involved in approval process seamlessly....

So many bigger clients are hosting multiple applications around 80 to 150 in cloud environment..... For any common layer updates lot of audit process is there... even for auditors also its hard to track all approval emails... There should be a better approach for both approvers and auditors to track the CR's..
