Still pega security model is far different than Acess controls mechanism in the Industry which will make the reporting very difficult for non pega users.  Atleast reports should be aligned with industry standards so that auditors , security administrators , Network people will have better picture on pega operators and there accesses. 

Lot of alignment and industry centric reporting features are required in the pega platform.
