Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard
I could see that Pega Cloud is compliance with PCI for cloud (https://www.pega.com/products/cloud/pega-trust-center), in a on premise implementation how could we implement a PCI compliant solution ?
In our scenario the customer is service provider (Appendix E of Payment Card Industry (PCI)- Data Security Standard), are there some docs that explain how Pega covers the PCI Requirements?

There is no specific guide on doing this as every customer application is different. You must follow all the guidance and implement the capabilities as set by the PCI-DSS - https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/pci_security/
