Writing ProgramRunID to IH - Outbound
We have a need to write the outbound program run id "PR-xxx" to interaction history to assist is subsequent de-duping of account level offers (7.31 implementation). The ProgramRunID is available while in the offer flow and can be written to IH via an update status shape, however, this results in a duplicate, unnecessary, IH record. Is the program run id available to the strategy (pre-offer flow execution) and if so how, so that this value can be written to IH when the initial "Pending" IH record is written?
I see other mesh posts along the same line but haven't seen a definitive answer.

I believe this was responded to in a different thread, but the answer is that there is an attribute in the context dimension that holds a representation of the run identifier. the patters for the data in that field is BATCHPRxxx, so it would require a little parsing/translation.
