No segments in Audiences when trying to create an outbound campaign in 8.1
Hi,
I'm new to PEGA 8.1 and it might be that i'm doing something wrong.
In Audiences->Segments i've created TestSegment1.
Then i tried to create a simple Outbound Campaign and when trying to choose the audience my segment was not there. Searching for it didn't help either.
So i tried createing a new segment from the "Select segment" dialog box and that didn't help.
I found a similar issue for PEGA Marketing 7.13, but i don't know if it's still available for 8.1 https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/unable-view-created-audience-segments-pega-marketing-713
Am i doing something wrong?

Hi Pawan,
Thank you for the answer.
In the meantime i found out that it is caused by the default class where artifacts are saved. It has something to do with the primary context. As i've said, i'm new to PEGA 8.1 and there are things that i need to understand about the new concepts.

Hello Alex,
Have you tried tracing the use case?
Are there any explicit errors?
One possible issue could be the value of "reporting/retrieveFullClobContent" being set to "true" which can be mitigated by setting the value to "false".
