WorkPage Message: Flow_NotPresent pzInternalCaseFlow

Hey,

I am getting a message on my work page - when a case has finalised which states: Flow_NotPresent pzInternalCaseFlow - the case is completed however with running activity Work-commitWithErrorHandling It is failing to commit the case.

No obvious errors appear in Tracer or Logs.

Nope logs are completely empty around execution time, flows are executed, I can call commit without error handling and the case flow is successful and is set to resolved completed. On trace absolutley no errors. Its Bizare.

It might be worth adding that this occurs when the flow runs a PDF attachment only? However running that flow seperately manually without case creation shows no errors.
