Different Data in WorkPage and Report
I am getting an issue while doing excel export in Pega version 8.5.
I one case the data is showing incorrect while generating report.
Inside case the value for workstatus = "started"
and in report the value for workstatus is showing as "Not Started".
Due to this I am not able to export report as an excel file.
How we can rectify this issue.

@AbhishekC1725 - Can you please share few screenshots of your issue.
Can you verify the value of pyStatusWork in the clipboard of your case.
Also just verify which attribute the export to excel is referencing for the status of the work object.

Can you elaborate your problem so that we can give the exact solution.
You are saying about the status right, if you want to use status property by directly using the .pyStatusWork property.

Here, I take workstatus as example.
Let me explain with example , Inside case I have one field, let us say Account Status.
Whose value is Saving account. Account Status = "Saving account"
But when I generate report, in Reports it is showing Account Status = "Pending Account".
Due to this I am not able to export report as an excel file.
Getting Error Message "There has been an issue please contact your system administrator"
Note:- In reports it also showing this message, "Partial results shown. Some results cannot be included since data is not optimized. Contact technical support for assistance."

@AbhishekC1725Hi Abhishek, seems like you have included properties in report that are not optimized. Please check and optimize all the properties and then try again, your report will work fine.

Note:- This issue is related to particular case only. Once I filtered out that case from report. Then I am able to download report as an excel file

Can you please attach some screenshots of error what you are getting.
In report some of the properties are not optimized, I think you have to optimize those properties and check.
Are you passing any parameters here.
