Error Message: "Cannot restore passivated page"

I am about half-way though the SAE I course, and I am no longer able to access the online exercise system. When clicking on the "Open exercise system" link I am getting the following error:

 
Status fail
Message Cannot restore passivated page 'pyPortal' for Thread STANDARD
Operator ID LeadArchitect
Requestor ID H27712D91DC023325482BCDB4AA2CFA71
Timestamp Sun May 01 18:29:51 UTC 2016
Engine Version PegaRULES 7.10 ML6 (coreAssemblyCached_716_259)

 

Any clues on how I can resolve this?
