Web Messaging-Incoming chat message POP up not coming for CSR
Hi ,
I am using Customer Service Framework Pega Infinity 24.1 . we configured a web messaging channel. configures the messaging queues and CSR with appropriate skills. Used u+ bank wesite to trigger the chat . when triggered a chat with OOTB connect with agent flow. the prechat flow works fine. But no incoming chat pop up comes to interaction portal after prechat flow ends . CSR is available with necessary queues.
what else should we configure here? please help
