Translation Of Pega Chat Window on both Client and CSR

In pega Chat Window of both client and CSR end everything has been displayed in English. Is there any posibility to translate them into Dutch?

So both client and CSR are having a Dutch setup up, so you have installed language pack correctly for your application presumably. Can we have a screen shot?
