CSR without having Admin access is not able to configure phrases and Page push in Pega Chat

Hello,

When ever I am trying to configure phrases and page push in pega chat, I am not able to perform this task(as a normal CSR).

where as if I try with admin access, I was able to. I think that may be because of some privilege issue, can anyone guide me on this?

Hello Amit,

 

Thanks for the response however I tried giving the ARO on the class PegaCS-Data-CommonSayings and it was working fine for CSRs also.

My requirement is,all the CSRs should be able to configure the phrases.
