Web Messaging Host not running

If I manually launch chrome the web messaging host will run however if chrome is launch by a bot the web messaging host will not run. Would like to ask what could be the cause or how to resolve this.

Hello @RodelD25, can you please share more on your methods to launch Chrome? Also, is the Web Messaging javascript with your widget ID embedded in your website?
