Web interrogation issue

Hello, When I click start interrogation then automatically web application and interrogation form closes. please help. Also, I have uninstalled pega studio 8.0.1027.0 and installed back still have the issue. I am using windows 10 enterprise version 1607 Note: Windows interrogation is working fine.
