Utility Step
I created utility step and added an activity. While clickign the step, the flow preview is dispalyed in the right hand panel where parameters are displayed for other steps. Also when I add the utility shape in a process, the whole steps are combined to a single step process. Is this a right behavior? Please see the screenshot.

From the query, I understand that appearance of parameters on right hand side is expected. Refer help document of Pega 7.2.1 i.e. https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v721/procomhelpmain.htm shape.
Could you share complete screenshot of the Designer studio. This will show the version used at your end and the right hand side navigation pane.

Thank you for your reply. I am using the 7.2.1 as well and screenshot is attached where we can see how the use of utility shape in flow affects the case steps and right hand side display in case designer.

Hi Dyan,
It is the expected behaviour. Each step correspond to single action. If you do any customisation , then it turns into a process.
