Can't find utilities in the step

In Exercise: Sending correspondence during case processing, I followed instruction, add step, and click on More, only Processes and User actions display, no Utilities display.

Hi,

Ok, I've found: my mistake. I was not connect with the correct operator (author@tgb instead of designer@tgb).

This option is only available on Designer Studio and not on Pega Express.
