Can't find exercise system link

Hi,

 

I am doing the course Guiding 'Customer Service using Interactions'. I cant find the exercise system link although I can see the 'Download solution' link.

Please can you let me know how to open the exercise system link.

ShravanG,

The exercise system is to be downloaded and started before committing to the exercises, There is no online exercise system for this course. Please return to the "Download Exercise System" lesson. Be sure to read the PVS Quick Start Guide, and then download the exercise system.
