yes, i am using the standard authentication method SA@TGB/rules. i am having this issue since i deleted an app. i tried 'email@example.com / rules' which returns "The information you entered was not recognized."

Dear Naveen, when you deleted the application that happened to be configured as your login operator's default application, then obviously it will not permit you to login. Hence, you have technically "locked" yourself out.
