Can't access exercise system
I was having some issues with save and close buttons not working. I tried refreshing the portal and now I can't access the system. Anyway to help with this? Thanks. Error I receive is:

I have seen this once or twice myself and if I remember correctly logging out and restarting browser fixed the problem, have you tried this? Also please let me know what version of Pega this happened on.

Yes ... generally, you need to completely close the browser. If you have three instances of the browser running, then all three need to be closed. You don't need to go so far as to reboot the entire system.

I have some issues with login to exercise system (with username: LeadArchitect). I can log using other user names (User@MainCo, Manager@MainCo, Admin@MainCo). Anyway to help with this? Thanks. Error I receive is:
