Can't find download page for prpcUtils

I'm having problems finding a download page for prpcUtils.

 

I did find one for prpcServiceUtils:

Since the application I'm supporting is an older version (7.1.7), I can only use prpcUtils.

There is no download for prpcUtils.  It can be found in the /scripts directory of your distribution media.

It requires components from the installation media, so a download of it would not be practical.
