Hi,

We are supporting Pega 6.3 SP1 with IE11, Applications were working fine if we add compatibility view settings.

Recently Network team did some changes and routed the network traffic to local intranet from internet. from that day on wards pega is not working inside the Citrix, but it is working in client machine. We are getting "Page can't be displayed error" message in side the citrix(attached error screen shot).

Root cause(assumption) : When we open Pega app it is connecting to MixedZone, sometimes Application is working when it is connected local intranet.

We have tried Below steps to fix this, but no luck.

1. Restarted servers

2. forced the traffic to working network

3. Changed IE 11 security settings

Please help us to solving this issue.
