Hi,
While traceing the any requestor through SMA i am getting the "page can't be displayed" error message. please let me know how it fix this issue.

Hi RamaKrishna,
Could you please verify if the 'PRPC Primary URL' and 'PRPC Diagnostic URL' were correctly configured on the SMA > Node details

Hi Vikash,
We are using same url( application & SMA). Those things configured in WAS level correctly and it was working fine earlier.
I ma not sure why we are facing the issue now.

Do you see any error in the Pega-RULES logs when trying the same.
