User screens blanking out sporadically

Hello Everyone,

We have a production issue in our application wherein user screens in blanking out in some scenarios. The issue is sporadic and not reproducible at will/in lower environments. It appears that the Pega loads correctly, the harness loads but the contents in the section rule is totally blank.

The logs doesn't have any specific errors which point to this issue.

Any idea/s would be highly appreciated.

Thanks Marc. I did think about passivation being a factor but not sure if that's the case indeed.

Do you mind sharing a few steps to simulate? Or any PDN link that has more info?
