Users getting blank screen or section(s) of page are not displaying
We are using Pega 7.3 and are seeing an issue where a user will be working a work item, click the submit button, the action completes and the user sees a blank screen instead of displaying the next step in the process. Or in other cases, the user clicks on an open assignment and when the screen displays, one or more sections (that contain case data) are not displayed. This problem may be happening for 'normal' users, but when I log in as a developer, I do not have the problem. However, when I (devleoper) do have the problem I will, for example, click the cancel button then the screen goes blank and the tab in designer studio does not close. So looks like it is't closing the work item and stopping.

So you are not having any error message on screen or logs? Is it something you can also reproduce with Out-Of-The-Box users?

No error messages. We have the same application installed in a separate cluster and it does not have the problem.

Can you specify your harness name under the flowaction- action tab " If an assignment is not being performed " filed? If this does not work for you, you may need to check the error using Fiddler or F12 to capture the network trace.
