If this is not working in Prod but working in lower environment then possibility is that the due to large amount of data it might be timing out.
Could you please try to debug from the perspective of time taken to run the report.
- You can check the alerts when you are running the report. Check the the DB trace and compare the prod and dev db trace.
- Check the elapsed time of report in the data access tab and try to adjust it a bit.

@NarendraC7462 if excel export is successfull and data in excel it blank then it is because of the huge data in prod and it is taking more time to retrieve the data .please check if properties are optimized or not ...
if excel it self not exporting Change the when condition pyBlockUnregisteredRequests value in prod env
