Export Color codes from Report Definition to Excel

We have a requirement, to display certain rows of a report definition, in a color, based on a certain conditions.

We were able to achieve this using Inline <pega:when name="ChkKPIDay">color: red;</pega:when>

Using this we were able to show the specific row in red conditionally. 

Along with this, we also need to carry forward the color coding when exported to excel as well. I tried researching in PDN and i got the below link, but it didnt satisfy our requirement.

Can anyone please help if there is any way to export the color coding as well to excel when Export to Excel option is clicked.

Hi,

 

I tried it at my end and wasn't able to carry the styling to excel. I don't think that it is possible to achieve this with the current OOTB capabilities of Pega.

Please reach out to GCS requesting a product enhancement.

Thank you so much for the response.  I will reach out for a product enhancement. 

Just curious, Is there any format we can pass the color code - like PDF instead of than excel ?
