Date changes by one day when exporting to excel

When I export a UI report to Excel it changes the date by one day.   On the UI it is displaying the date value correctly as 11/24/21 but when I export to excel, it changes it to 11/23/21.   It also for some reason shows a time as well when the field is a DATE field.  I have attached screenshots.  Any help is appreciated.

@idamleak   Date field in UI  is  Pega Server in which time zone but date in downloded XLS is in your time zone! Can you please verify this?
