Users getting blank screen in 8.1.2
Users getting the blank screen after click on the submit button.
A user will be working a work item, click the submit button, the action completes and the user sees a blank screen instead of displaying the next step in the process or confirm harness. Please find the attached network log for more details.
Pega V 8.1.2 and no error messages in logs.

Did you check the tracer to see if there are any. Could you please share them if any.

No error in the tracer. this issue is very intermittent and not easy to reproduce. We have redeployed the PRWeb file today but still, the issue persists. Attaching one more file for details.
