Pega SMA - Requestor Clipboard is displaying blank screen.
Pega SMA - Requestor Clipboard is displaying blank screen.
Issue - Clipboard is empty
Steps to Reproduce -
1. Navigate to Pega SMA
2. Click on Requestor management
3. Select Requestor name
4. Click on Clipboard
Pega Version - 7.2.2
prmbeans.properties file is correct i.e -
deny.DatabaseManagement.DatabaseConnectionDetails = false
deny.RequestorManagement.RequestorDetails = false
deny.RequestorManagement.Clipboard = false

There is an error -
mgmt.base.NodeRequestorMgt) ERROR - One or more properties could not be serialized during passivation and have therefore been lost. They will not be available on activation. Please ensure that all property data is Serializable

Are you sure this issue is associated with your operation on the SMA (do you have it every time)? This is a bit strange, is it a Production system?

The reported behavior is reproducible in house and I have tried the below mentioned PDN link , its working fine for me.

Please make sure you are importing "prresources.jar" from correct version of pegadbinstall-classes.zip (XXXXX_PegaXXX -> archives -> pegadbinstall-classes.zip).
