Relaunching the portal shows blank screen
Hi,
I am using a temporary case to manage few screens on user portal. When i launch portal first time and run the case, everything goes fine.
After that if I relaunch portal, I immediately get a screen with message saying activity ran successfully but returned no content.
When I traced it, I could see that doUIAction activity is trying to createNewWork after I relaunch the portal. Not sure why this is happening.
Anyone faced this issue? Any ideas on resolution?

Hi Kunal,
You would have to be more specific.
Is the portal OOTB? How are you launching the portal first time?
By relaunching the portal, are you reloading the page? or are you clicking on launch portal again ?

We have made changes to portal. When we click on any item in left hand side vertical menu (we designed for us), it launches a new temporary case.
I am launching portal from launch menu of designer studio.
