Home screen appears to be blank for some operators
Hi all,
I am facing this issue where some of the (old) operators are able to see home screen as expected but not the newly created operators. What they all should see is screenshot_1.
I did a save as from the old operator who is able to see home screen but when I login as the newly created operator who has exactly the same configuration as the old operator, I see screenshot_2 - which is a blank page.
When I click on the Home icon, the old operator page did a refresh as expected, whereas the new operator opened a new blank pop up window. I traced both on click of Home and noticed that they started with different activities and different threads (see operator1 tracer and operator2 tracer).

Hi I think you mab be maintaining the user directory You have to include your new opertaor to that list if there is any
Example: We have "Court ManagementApplication" and there is a portal for circuit Manager. And This portal will be visible based on some conditions like his courtid circuitid and etc..This fields will get added when you add it from proper user management portal if you have any where you can add the user to the court or circuit so it will set the respected values. But if save as the operator from another in that case it will fail and portal we wont get any values .

Hi. By maintaining the user directory do you mean in Pega or using external authentication? We are using Pega accounts only. Any other help would be appreciated.

Even in the Pega accounts in some applications .We follow some steps to create the operator and add him specified skills by using an utility or some Portal. Please check in the clipboard of the both the Operators under system Pages if there are any differences .So that you can come to know is there any property that is present is not there in the other . Lauch that portal from Dev and check if you are able to see is there any conditions like they are checking for that operator in some other class by using any when rule or privilege
