One user is not able to print pdf. The screen is going blank after the pop up.
Only one user is facing the issue where is she is not able to print any pdf. The screen is stuck without showing any details. In our lower environments we are able to print with that same operator. There is only one difference between two environments that is external authentication with SSO. Other operators with same access group is able to print.

@MirzaN35 @MirzaN35can you replicate it and check the logs (security event logs, Rules logs) ticheck if their is any error being captured and also if it is only with one operator try deleing the Operator ID and recreate it This will sometimes resolve the issue Thank you !

Please check tracer also and try to revalidate and save the operator ID. Try to check the PDF content if it contains any invalid characters which might be the root cause.
