Pega CRMI phone connexion screen showing blank

Hello everyone,

When connecting and deconnecting with the phone icon, the section in some cases shows completely blank. The tracer does not show any error. This issue happens only very few over a long period but has anyone been faced with this issue before?

Hi 

Do you see any errors in the logs when a blank screen is coming up in the application? Do you see something on the screen after some time or it's complete bank till you refresh/close.
