User closes the browser with out log off properly

Hi all,

The users got an error when they close the browser/tab and didn't log off properly.

I try to implement the solution on the below post:

But it doesn't work on google chrome because they Disallow sync XHR in page dismissal

Is anyone facing the same problem?.

The users are getting the error while logoff or the next login, & what's the error they are getting?

Hi,

The user gets the error on the next login.  He gets a blue screen with this message: "The current session is blocked, as the maximum number of active sessions for the current operator has been reached"

This is a Pega Product Defect. Please refer to the below link or attached PDF. There is an SR for the same which seems to be resolved in Pega 8.4 as mentioned there.
