Thanks Chaitanya. But my customer's requirement is that he wants to see popup warning message for unsaved data during logoff. Is there a way we can provide it using either OOTB features or customization?

There is an OOTB HTML rule:SaveAllDirtyRules where it has the popup functionality to show the unsaved work.For example, if you add any Access Group in your Operator ID and try to logout from the system then there is a popup showing us to save the work and logoff. For this feature, this is the rule where Pega is used to build the logic.This HTML rule is being called from a Text file rule:pzpega_desktop_applicationcontroller like below.

logOff: function (bSkipWarn) {

...

.....

strUrl.put("pyStream","SaveAllDirtyRules");

....

.....

}

Just check both of these rules and do some R&D on how to achieve your requirement. Let's know if this works for you or not.

It looks like a bug to me.  I just tried the following experiment on 7.1.9 in developer portal, when I had unsaved work on a rule form:

• If I try to close the tab containing the unsaved rule, I get the expected warning that I'm about to lose my unsaved work.
• If I try to log out, I get no warning.  This seems wrong.
