Spin off, Split for each and split join

Can someone share me the document on how to configure and implement the below things in a simple flow.

a) Split join

b) Spin off

c) split for each

NB: Pega 7 onwards, Spinoff Flow is created by adding a Subprocess shape (in your main flow) and checking "Spinoff Flow" checkbox on properties panel.
