User Should logged off from Browser automatically
I have a requirement from our XYZ client that if a first user logged into Pega Application let say by using credentials A and then if second user try to log into the system by using the same credentials A, In that scenario first user should be automatically logged off from the application and second user will able to log into the application irrespective of any sessions.

As I know that per current design, the first user will not be automatically logged off from the application. It's two separate sessions. Two users could use two different browsers (IE, Chrome, etc.) to log in.

Your business requirement can't be achieved with OOTB, as there is no such wizard or rules to configure this requirement, you may go for customization.
As an alternative, vice versa requirement can be achieved. Example: Let's say, you have logged in with credentials A, you can restrict the second person to log in with credentials A.
To achieve this: Go to Designerstuido>>System>>General>>System,Nodes,Requestor options
Edit system name: Go through the attachments and change the value accordingly.
If Number of concurrent sessions allowed for each operator is
1 = Application can accessible for only one login.
2 = Application can accessible for 2 logins simultaneously
0 = No one can login to the application
-1 = Anyone can login to application
