Upgrade process from V6.3 to V8.5
We are doing upgrade from 6.3 to 8.5, can you please help me with the upgrade process and checklist. Thank you.

6.3 to 8.x involve split schema. Guide explain the process well
You can plan for skimming the rules prior to upgrade per best practice
Additionally, You can expect good amount of UI conversion effort post upgrade based on the application

No readymade checklist. Upgrade guide has details steps
Below are the high level steps you can plan for it
- Clone the current 6.3 Dev/Stage environment: That you want baseline
- Lock all the rulesets
- Perform skim / purge
- Correct the application stack
- Verify / Regression
- Ready the new infrastructure for Pega 8
- Upgrade rules for upgrade
- Deploy Pega 8 Archive
- Upgrade - strategic applications (frameworks) if any
- Upgrade - Perform post-upgrade steps
- Fix issues / convert UI / unit testing
- Create DB dump of RULE schema - Golden Copy for higher environments
