Importing Archived Wo's from v6.3 to v7.1.9

Is it possible to import archived wo's from OOTB Archive & Purge wizard from v6.3 to 7.1.9 environment?

Will this work ? Do we need to follow any prerequisite procedures before importing ? some one please assist

Hello.

I think it is doable. I checked this article :https://docs-previous.pega.com/how-configure-application-server-support-ssltls-prpc and it is stated "Restoring archived work items  : To retrieve archived work items in your archive system, select> Application > Import & Export > Import. 

 

So I believe it should not create any issues unless you have already existing workitems in the new environment with the same pyID.
