Pega Upgrade from 6.2 to 8.4 process
Hi ,
My current application is in 6.2. Now we are planning to upgrade to 8.4.
Can anyone suggest the process of this upgrade.

In addition to looking at the platform upgrade guide, please also refer the installation and upgrade guides for the framework application in case the application is built on any out of the box Pega shipped framework application such as customer service etc.
