PEGA platform upgrade from Version 7.2.2 to version 8.4

Hi All,

Please suggest the steps/ approaches to upgrade v7.2.2 to v8.4.

what issues we could face during and after upgrade.

Thanks for posting the query.

Please refer the section: Upgrading from 7.2.2 and earlier in the below 8.4 upgrade guide which helps in the upgrade.

We are not sure what all the issues that might be there after the upgrade at your end. Generally, we might face some UI issues like scrollbar is not missing or some other issues with respect to UI. But please sort the issues on running the business use-case cases at your end to get more clarity after the upgrade.
