Broken Line appears in review harness after upgrading from 7.4 to 8.4

We have recently upgraded from Pega 7.4 to 8.4 and after upgrade we are seeing broken line between the assignments list. Please refer to the attachment for screenshot. Any suggestions to fix this?

TO add further details, we are using Hierarchical table to display the sub cases and assignment information.

Have you updated the controls and layouts after upgrading to 8?

Can you do a LiveUI and let me know for which Harness/Section it is coming? Is it happening for all browsers?
