Upgrading an application from Pega 6.2 to Pega 7

What information and resources are available in Pega for a customer who is interested in upgrading their Pega-6.3sp1 application to Pega-7 ?

My customer is unsure of what is involved and wishes to gain an idea of the size and effort involved with a project to upgrade their current application to Pega-7.
