Unable to View Parameters
Hi,
I am working PRPC 7.1.8 and unable to view parameters of certain rules, however my colleagues are able to view those parameters. We all are using IE 11 browser so not sure if this is related to plug-ins.

Are you observing any JS exceptions ? Enable Developer Options and refresh the parameter page.

Have you tried the same scenario in other browsers to confirm the issue is related to the plugins?
What are the certain rules in which you are facing this issue?

No, I am not facing any JS error. At the moment, I am facing this problem only for certain sections and Service HTTP rules. PFA the screenshot of Service HTTP rule where parameters were not visible.

I dont think it could be plugin issue. Could you try in other browser?
Also, it seems that only your system is not able to show, indicates that your broser cache might be playing into it.
Could you try it by clearing the cache.

do you mean Parameter tab?
Did you try in the updated version of other browsers?
Are you sure that you installed all the PEGA plugins ?

This is Service HTTP rule which can only be opened on IE. PFA the screenshot when opened fron Chrome. When I open the same rule in IE, as you can see in the 2nd screenshot, all the value in the Servie tab are blank.
If this is plugin related problem then could you please suggest how i can reinstall those plugins on my IE browser?

did any one delete the class from the DB,Rule-Service?

If the rule was deleted then I would not have been able to open the rule on any browser, My colleague tried to open the rule on IE8 and he can see all the values. I guess this might be related to plug-ins so can someone please tell me how to delete existing plug-ins and then reinstall all the plug-ins from the beginning?
