Unable to open configure view

I am unable to open Configure view in Dev Studio, when I open it showing like "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator.".

Please help me in this issue, I'm using pega 8.7 personal edition.

@RahulSaiNplease could you provide some more details?

Is this a new installation?  Did you encounter any issues as described in this post?  Also see the steps listed in How to access personal edition Database.

Can you provide the steps you use to configure the view you mention?

Did you run a Fiddler trace?

Can you please check the errors and alerts listed in the pegaRULES and pegaALERT logs for the timestamp you see the on-screen error?

Can you carry out the troubleshooting tips listed in this similar forum post?

@RahulSaiNWas there any resolution for this issue. I am also facing the same issue. (In App Studio)
