Unable to view screenshot attached
We are not able to view the attached screenshots in Pega 6.2 version for some machines. Screenshots are getting attached to work objects but when we are opening, it's not rendering completely. Please find the attached snapshot for reference.

Hello,
Are you having the same issue on all browsers? Can we also have a screen shot showing the case with the attachment.
Regards

You said from some machines, so from a desk to another the same WorkObject with the same screen shot attached will be working or not working correct?

Yes.You are correct.Same work objects with same screen shot attached is working in some machines.

Right so I would say this is the first step compare both setup on both machines (working and not working). You may have done it already. Do you have different access rights or different ActiveX installed maybe

Already compared ActiveX between working and non working machines and it looks similar. And also we don't see any changes in access across machines.
Thanks

Just on a hunch, I would open the Developer toolbar and see if there are any errors shown in the console when the picture fails to render. I would do the same thing when it does render, just to rule out harmless errors that occur in both scenarios.
