Email screenshot attachment is not showing at outlook

while send an Email from pega with attached screenshot to outlook, in outlook the screenshot is not visible.

You specifically stated that the screenshot is not visible in outlook. Does that mean you can open the email using a different mail client (ex. Thunderbird) and the image is visible or do you see the same behavior?

for Email screenshot got Service Email > response tab >message data >Handle HTML content>Inline-prefer HTML
