Attach a Screenshot not working

When AttachAScreenShot flow action is used in the application, on form load, there is an error message "Screen Capture Feature was not loaded successfully." The browser used is Chrome Version 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (32-bit) & Microsoft Edge Version Proprietary information hidden. Product version: PEGA 8.43

Hi @Surendar, i am also looking same feature i have found one article it conveys this functionality is depreciated after pega 7.3.1
