Attachment Link not working for user
We have attachment section where it uses Out-of-box functions for viewing and downloading the attachments,
We are able to view/download the attachment from Administrator access.
But it is not happening from User Portal. We tried giving all the access to the particular user but still not able to download or view from User Portal.
Note: we also checked the alert:security logs and found the below issue.

The alert you found indicates that the activity 'Work-.GetAttachmentReference' is not registered. To resolve this, you should add the following lines to your custom code: <% pega_rules_utilities.pzRegisterActivity(tools, "Work-.GetAttachmentReference"); pega_rules_utilities.pzRegisterActivity(tools, "Work-.DisplayAttachFile"); %>. This registration is necessary for the User Portal to properly handle attachment requests.

@thulg They have already registered the same activity in the DisplayAttachment HTML OOTB rule.
I could find the code in the DisplayAttachment HTML rule already

I kindly request you to revisit the Access Roles and privileges for the end user Access group to ensure it has the appropriate permissions and access to view and download the attachments.

@RameshSangili I have verified and added the same rules to the user, But after the addition also the user is not able to open the attachment.

Could you please add either PegaRULES:User4 OR PegaRULES:WorkMgr4 role to the user access group to isolate the issue (Permission vs. a different issue)?
